purpose of the group is to promote effective leadership in the
federal government, advance meaningful discussion and inquiry of
federal leadership issues, and support fellow members in their
professional growth and career development.

The Partnership for Public Service works to revitalize our federal government by inspiring a new generation to serve and by transforming the way government works.
Young Government Leaders
The Young Government Leaders is a professional organization of young men and women employed by the federal government. This organization will advocate for the unique needs of young government employees and provide value, structure, resources, and a voice to the next generation of Federal Government employees.
Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation/American University
The Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation’s Leadership Forum is dedicated to identifying difficult public policy implementation issues and creating solutions by facilitating dialogue among stakeholders. Institute meetings occur in a safe, facilitated environment that allows stakeholders to explore root causes for policy implementation breakdowns and how those breakdowns can be eliminated.
International Public Management Association for Human Resources
The International Public Management Association for Human Resources strengths the federal presence in, and the federal contribution to, IPMA-HR programs and activities. The IPMA-HR serves as a “community of practice” in creating opportunities for federal HR practitioners to network and stay abreast of important issues.
