FedPitch 2008
Winner

Robyn K. Dingledine of Littleton, CO wins the first FedPitch competition, held on May 7th on the PSRW main stage on the National Mall in Washington, DC

Ms. Dingledine's pitch was to create an online career quiz to help individuals find the Federal career that best fits their interests.

What is FedPitch?:

The concept of FedPitch involves a one-hour session where 20 people give 2-minute "pitches" of innovative ways to attract and recruit people to federal public service and/or new approaches for retaining, engaging, motivating, rewarding, developing, or leading the federal workforce.  These pitches will be presented before a live audience and a panel of judges.  The judges will rate each pitch based on factors such as originality and feasibility.  At the end of the one-hour session, the judges will announce a winner.  The winner will have dinner with the judges to discuss the winning idea in more detail and explore approaches for possibly implementing the idea.
